In Kyiv region, Russians fired heavy artillery at settlements: houses were destroyed and civilians were injured, including a child.

“The invaders fire anywhere: at residential areas, civilian infrastructure facilities, high-rise buildings. They cynically exterminate citizens and their homes with "Grad" weapons," said Andriy Nebitov, head of the National Police in Kyiv region.
