Russia made attacked the city of Lysychansk using a "Tochka-U" missile, in the city of Severodonetsk several houses are burning — the Head of Luhansk Regional Military Administration Serhiy Haidai.

Due to the shelling, the mine where the workers are underground was cut off from electricity.
