In the fourth week of the war, nearly 30% of the Ukrainian economy isn’t working either at all or temporarily - Serhiy Marchenko, Minister of Finance of Ukraine.

He said that this is a preliminary assessment of the Ministry of Finance in view of the budget revenues from taxes, including income from individuals, the single social contribution and others. More precisely, Marchenko noted, it will be possible to assess the situation after a certain period of time. But so far the estimate is that "a third of the economy is not functioning."
