The Russian occupiers stated that the SSU was allegedly preparing a provocation to blow up the 2nd Clinical Hospital in Dnipro.

"The spokesman for the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, General Konashenkov, said that the SBU was preparing a provocation in Dnipro, particularly to blow up the 2nd Clinical Hospital on Nigoyan Street. The absurdity of such a statement is obvious. Russia is probably planning another rocket strike, like they bombed the Drama Theatre in Mariupol, to terorrize citizens. They also said that the headquarters of the National Guard Regiment bombed the building of the Drama Theater. After the bombing, they said that the building was blown up by Ukrainians themselves."
