«Ukraine needs a no-fly zone to stop Russian attacks on Ukrainian cities and towns», - President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said to Canadian Parliament, as Western leaders continue to rule out a direct intervention in the conflict. 

Giving a virtual speech in the House of Commons in Ottawa on Tuesday morning, Zelensky said that Ukraine had endured 20 days of "full-scale aggression" by Russia, which has so far killed at least 97 children.
