The situation in Mariupol is critical

The situation in Mariupol is critical.  The enemy's aircraft is bombing the city every 30 minutes. The mayor reports that the occupiers are using prohibited weapons, Grads and howitzers on civilians. People cannot be evacuated due to shelling.
