The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk replied to the Chancellor of Germany Olaf Scholz, who stated that only Vladimir Putin is guilty in the war against Ukraine.

"Mr. Chancellor, do you really think that Putin is the one who is killing our children, destroying our cities, destroying our country?" And the Russians have nothing to do with this? Do they just support his policies? And the Russian military have nothing to do with this either? Are they just following his orders?
